Although the focus is currently on website design for individuals, small businesses, and professionals, we offer flexibility in adapting designs for diverse client needs, from personal portfolios to small business sites (excluding e-commerce at this time).

2. Payment Terms

Our payment structure includes options for upfront payments, partial payments, and monthly fees. Monthly fees are required to cover continued service maintenance, hosting fees, and domain costs. Project-based fees, including template costs and additional design services, are generally requested upfront, while ongoing support and any specialized services may involve additional charges.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may request cancellations; however, refunds depend on the project’s stage of completion:

• Full Refunds: If work has not commenced or templates have not been purchased, a full refund is available.
• Partial Refunds: If initial stages, such as template setup, content integration, or basic design have started, partial refunds may be issued, accounting for the time and resources used.
• Non-Refundable: After the project reaches significant milestones or upon full completion, refunds are no longer available.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Limitations

All websites and digital assets created under this service are subject to specific usage rights and intellectual property limitations:

• Templates used in the design process may remain the intellectual property of third parties, while customizations (text, images, layout adjustments) created by us are specific to each client.
• Transferring Website Ownership: Websites can be transferred to the client’s hosting server at an additional cost if they wish to self-manage and retain full control over their site. Clients must acknowledge the restrictions in usage rights for templates and licensed components, which may limit further modifications without permission from the original template creators.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may utilize third-party tools and platforms to enhance functionality:

• Hosting Services: We use reliable hosting platforms such as All-Inkl, along with CMS solutions like WordPress and Webflow. Additional tools such as Elementor Pro may also be integrated to enhance site design and user experience.
• Analytical Tools: Analytical services, potentially provided by external providers like Microsoft, may be used to track and optimize website performance.
• Collaborative Services: In cases requiring specialized design, branding, or e-commerce functionalities, we may work with third-party providers or colleagues, depending on specific project needs.

6. Support and Post-Project Maintenance

After project completion, we offer continued support through our hosting services, where clients pay monthly fees for hosting and general maintenance. Support is included as long as the website remains on our server. If the client wishes to transfer their website, this concludes our ongoing support unless a separate agreement is made for post-project assistance.

Transferring a website to a client’s server signifies the end of the project unless further maintenance services are specifically requested. Any additional assistance or aftercare support following the transfer will be available at an extra cost and must be arranged separately.
